Our Club

Wenatchee Golf & Country Club is a Member Owned property established in 1923. The Club boasts one of the top golf courses in the state which has played host to many USGA and PNGA State Tournaments over the years.rnrnAlong with our highly rated golf course, we feature the top food and beverage operation in the Valley. Our Code of Conduct

Guest are expected to maintain a level of proper personal attire while in the Clubhouse or on the golf course. No blue jeans, short shorts, tank tops, cut offs, halter tops, t-shirts, sweat suits, sweat pants or other variations from traditional trouser, shorts and shirts with collars and sleeve will be permitted.rnrnWe are a soft spike only club.rnrnAll guest are to abide cart, golf course, and house rules at all times.

Course Description

At first glance our 6,200 yard course looks as though you could tear it up. But it only takes one hole to realize you had better be on your game or it is going to be a long, and sometimes expensive, day. Our golf course features very small greens with very large breaks.rnrnIn 1998 we hosted the Washington State Men's Amateur Tournament featuring the top amateur players in the State. Over four days these top players were brought to their knees by our difficult lay-out. The Tournament included only four of one hundred and twenty players shooting under par over a four day event.rnrnThe front nine was designed by members of the Club with the assistance of W.A. Baker, a banker from Walla Walla. Much of the construction, including tree planting, grading and green structures was completed by member volunteers. The present layout of the front nine stands today much like it did at completion in 1925.rnrnThe Back Nine was remodeled in 2003. Additional mounding, bunker remodels, some additional length and new reservoir will only heighten the test of your patience and game.rnrnRemember one thing when playing the WGCC, hit it straight and keep your approach below the hole.
