About Old Oakland Golf Club
Old Oakland Golf Club
Old Oakland Golf Club and residential community founded in 1964. The current owners purchased the club in April 1987 and have provided management services since that date. The 19,000 square-foot clubhouse was opened in the fall of 1990.
Our solid commitment has been, and will continue to be, the creation of a first-class, challenging, and enjoyable championship golf course.
The background of our development company for over fifty years has been primarily in residential construction and land development in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Therefore, in addition to Old Oakland, our company is developing the Oakland Hills at Geist subdivision.. This residential community with 334 luxury home sites on 170 acres is located on the west, east and southern sides of the golf course. In 2002, our company finished developing the Golf Villas at Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona. This residential community with 72 homes is located adjacent to the number-one rated golf course in Arizona
