Seven Lakes

The golf course, which opened for play in 1976, was designed by Peter Tufts III. It has matured into one of the premier courses in the region. Mr. Tufts was the great-grandson of the founder of Pinehurst and the godson of the famous golf course architect, Donald Ross. Through the years, Mr. Tufts was very active in the "fine tuning" process of his design. His last visit was in the Spring of 2005. Discerning golfers will detect the Ross influence on the layout of Seven Lakes. Our members agree, "We never grow tired of playing our course."
