Redesigned by world-renowned golf course architect Rees Jones, the 18-hole golf course reopened in June of 2005. Set among gentle rolling hills with dramatic vistas, Lakewood offers the golfer the unique balance of challenging golf and beautiful settings. With mature hardwood trees, several lakes and a meandering stream, Mr. Jones was able to design a course that fits the natural terrain and is complete with his trademark bunkering and green complexes. Measuring close to 7,100 yards from the championship tees, Lakewood provides a stern test for the expert golfer, yet also offers five sets of tees to provide enjoyment for golfers of all levels. Par for the course is 72.
