Perry Park

The 7007-yard, par 72, layout was designed by the noted Colorado golf architect Dick Phelps. His challenge, flawlessly executed, was to design 18 holes to fit seamlessly among the natural wonders of the dramatic geological upheavals that define the course.

The layout is designed for the pleasure of golfers of all skill levels with six separate tee positions; from tournament tees at 7007 yards to front tees at 4303 yards. This allows each player to tailor the course to his or her greatest enjoyment. Though there are significant elevation changes throughout the 18 holes, this is an eminently walkable course. Both private carts and walking carts are allowed.

A new irrigation system assures that fairways and roughs always meet tournament standards. Attention to detail like second cuts, walking paths and constant trimming assure that the course complements, never detracts from your game. Bunkers are raked daily and greens are meticulously cut, rolled and tended so your ball will always roll true.
